Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bhopal, India. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and have a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Assistance**: Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and in-person. Assist with inquiries about flights, bookings, and airline policies.

2. **Booking Management**: Help customers with making, modifying, and canceling flight reservations. Ensure all details are accurately entered into our system.

3. **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns and complaints professionally. Work to resolve issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. **Information Sharing**: Educate customers about flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel guidelines. Ensure they have all necessary information for their journey.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. This helps in tracking issues and improving service quality.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and possess good communication skills in both English and Hindi. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle challenging situations calmly. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are a must. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
