Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Information: Share details about airline policies, procedures, and services. Educate customers about additional offerings and promotions to improve their journey.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Update databases to ensure reliable information is readily available for future reference.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
