Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Airline Customer Service Executive based in Bhubaneswar. This full-time position is suitable for those with minimal experience, including freshers who have completed their 10th grade. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to travelers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist passengers with their travel inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout their journey.

- **Ticket Reservations**: Help customers book, change, or cancel flight tickets using airline systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

- **Complaint Resolution**: Address passenger complaints and concerns promptly, providing solutions and escalating issues to management when necessary.

- **Flight Information**: Communicate details about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations to customers, ensuring they have the latest updates.

- **Documentation Handling**: Manage travel documents such as boarding passes and identification, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is processed correctly.
