An Air Ticketing Associate is responsible for assisting passengers with flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel-related queries. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of airline reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight bookings.

Issue, reissue, and modify airline tickets.

Check flight schedules, fares, availability, and seat options.

Assist passengers with cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Provide information about baggage allowances, check-in procedures, and flight details.

Maintain accurate passenger and booking records.

Handle customer queries through phone, email, or in person.

Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies when required.

Follow airline and airport ticketing policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate payment and ticket documentation.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems.

Customer-service-oriented approach.

Good computer and MS Office skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.

Eligibility

Education: 12th pass / Graduate.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the employer.

Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum.
