Looking For Airport Ticketing Staff

We are seeking an Air Ticketing Staff member to join our team in Siliguri. This is a full-time office-based position suitable for individuals with a minimum of one year of experience in ticketing or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ticket Booking:** Handle flight bookings for customers by using reservation systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice to enhance the customer experience.

- **Payment Processing:** Manage ticket payments by verifying transactions and ensuring that all financial procedures are followed accurately.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and issue tickets and related travel documents while ensuring compliance with airline regulations and policies.

- **Coordination:** Liaise with airlines and travel partners to confirm flight availability and schedules, ensuring customers receive the best options for their travel needs.
