Job Description

The Air Ticketing Staff is responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings and providing essential services related to air travel. This role requires a keen attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Booking Flights:** Handle requests for flight bookings, making reservations accurately according to customer needs and preferences.

- **Issuing Tickets:** Prepare and issue air tickets after confirming successful bookings, ensuring all details are correct and communicated to the customer.

- **Handling Inquiries:** Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, prices, and policies, providing clear and helpful information.

- **Managing Changes:** Assist customers with flight changes or cancellations by following company protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

- **Payment Processing:** Process payments accurately for ticket purchases and other services, maintaining detailed records of transactions.

- **Customer Support:** Provide ongoing support to passengers, addressing any issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
