We are looking for an Air Ticketing Staff member to join our team in Barasat, Kolkata. This position requires a motivated individual with at least one year of experience in ticketing services. Candidates should have completed their 10th grade.

As an Air Ticketing Staff member, your key responsibilities will include:

1. **Booking and Issuing Tickets**: You will assist customers in booking air tickets, ensuring accurate details such as dates, times, and passenger information. You will also handle ticket issuance efficiently.

2. **Customer Support**: Providing excellent customer service is essential. You will answer queries related to flights, fares, and airline policies, helping clients choose the best options to meet their travel needs.

3. **Managing Reservations**: You will be responsible for modifying and canceling reservations as per customer requests, ensuring that all changes are accurately reflected in the system.

4. **Handling Payments**: You will process payments for ticket bookings and maintain records of all transactions for reference and tracking.

5. **Coordinating with Airlines**: Communicating with various airlines to resolve any booking issues or inquiries will be part of your daily tasks.
