Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in booking air tickets: Assist customers in finding the best flight options, booking tickets, and providing information on various travel options.
2. Handle ticket cancellations and modifications: Assist customers in changing or canceling their flight bookings and processing refunds as per airline policies.
3. Provide information on travel regulations: Inform customers about necessary travel documents, visa requirements, COVID-19 guidelines, and other relevant information for their journey.
4. Resolve customer queries and issues: Address customer complaints, resolve booking errors, and provide assistance in case of flight delays or cancellations.
5. Maintain booking records: Keep accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, modifications, and customer interactions for reference and reporting purposes.
