Job Description

- responsible for handling air ticket reservations, booking, cancellations, and reissuing tickets: the air ticketing staff will be in charge of managing all aspects of ticketing, including booking flights for customers, making changes to existing reservations, and processing cancellations if needed.

- provide excellent customer service to clients: it is crucial for the air ticketing staff to maintain a high level of customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, providing accurate information about flights, and handling any issues that may arise during the booking process.

- maintain updated knowledge of airline policies and procedures: the air ticketing staff should stay informed about the latest airline policies, fares, and regulations to ensure accurate ticket bookings and provide customers with relevant information.

- collaborate with airlines to resolve booking discrepancies: in cases where there are discrepancies in bookings or issues with flight reservations, the air ticketing staff will need to work with airlines to rectify the situation and ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.
