Air Ticketing Executive - Full Time - Freshers

We are urgently hiring for the position of Ground Staff Air-Ticketing Cabin Crew in Bangalore. This full-time role is open to candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience and requires a minimum of a 12th-grade education.

As Ground Staff Air-Ticketing Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with ticketing and check-in processes to ensure a smooth travel experience. You will handle customer inquiries, process ticket changes, and coordinate with other staff to manage boarding procedures effectively. Attention to detail is crucial as you will also manage luggage tags and boarding passes for travelers.

Candidates must be proficient in communication and have a pleasant demeanor to interact with customers positively. Knowledge of air travel procedures and experience with ticketing systems or software is beneficial, although freshers are encouraged to apply and will receive training.

This role requires you to work from the office in Bangalore, and your shift will be from 10 am to 6 pm. Applications are welcome from candidates in surrounding areas, including Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi.
