We are urgently hiring for the position of Ground Staff Air-Ticketing Cabin Crew in Madurai, India. This is a full-time office-based role suitable for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who have completed at least 10th grade.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include assisting customers with ticket bookings, providing information on flight schedules, and ensuring a smooth check-in process at the airport. You will also engage with passengers to enhance their travel experience, work on processing tickets, and handle various customer inquiries.

We expect candidates to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. A good understanding of ticketing systems is preferred, as you will need to navigate flight reservations efficiently. Proficiency in English and other local languages will be beneficial.

Candidates should be prepared for a work schedule from 10 AM to 6 PM, with additional requirements as needed. You must be willing to work from the office and participate in various training sessions to enhance your skills in air-ticketing and customer service.
