job role:

we are urgently hiring an air ticket booking expert for our canada & usa travel process. the ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with gds amadeus and a strong understanding of international ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and customer handling.

key responsibilities:

handle flight bookings, re-issuance, and cancellations using amadeus gds

serve canada/usa clients with excellent communication and accuracy

understand and apply fare rules, itineraries, and travel policies

manage queries via calls, emails, and chats

deliver high customer satisfaction in a night shift environment

requirements:

minimum 13 years of experience in air ticketing (canada/usa process preferred)

expertise in gds amadeus

good command of spoken and written english

willingness to work night shifts only

quick learner with a focus on quality and service
