Job Role:

We are urgently hiring an Air Ticket Booking Expert for our Canada & USA travel process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with GDS Amadeus and a strong understanding of international ticketing, rebooking, cancellations, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight bookings, re-issuance, and cancellations using Amadeus GDS

Serve Canada/USA clients with excellent communication and accuracy

Understand and apply fare rules, itineraries, and travel policies

Manage queries via calls, emails, and chats

Deliver high customer satisfaction in a night shift environment

Requirements:

œ… Minimum 1€“3 years of experience in air ticketing (Canada/USA process preferred)

œ… Expertise in GDS Amadeus

œ… Good command of spoken and written English

œ… Willingness to work night shifts only

œ… Quick learner with a focus on quality and service
