- **Ticket Booking:** Accurately book airline tickets for customers based on their travel preferences and requirements, ensuring timely confirmations.

- **Customer Service:** Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, answering queries and resolving any issues related to bookings or modifications.

- **Fare Calculation:** Calculate airfares and provide price quotes to customers, ensuring they are informed about any additional fees or charges.

- **Reservation Management:** Manage and update existing reservations, making changes as requested by the clients while ensuring compliance with airline policies.

- **Documentation:** Prepare necessary travel documents and confirmations needed for passengers, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.

- **Collaboration with Airlines:** Maintain strong communication with airline partners to stay updated on policies, promotions, and available routes.
