Air Ticketing Agent Fresher

We are looking for an Air Ticketing Associate to join our team in Madhepura, Bihar. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. As an Air Ticketing Associate, you will help customers book flights and manage travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Booking Flights**: Assist customers in finding and reserving flights according to their travel preferences and budget, ensuring all necessary details are correctly entered into the system.

2. **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the ticketing process, ensuring a positive travel experience.

3. **Itinerary Management**: Prepare and send travel itineraries to customers, ensuring they have all the necessary information for their journey.

4. **Document Verification**: Check travel documents and identify any discrepancies before finalizing bookings to prevent issues during travel.

5. **Collaboration with Airlines**: Communicate with airlines and travel partners to stay updated on flight availability, pricing, and changes to schedules.
