As an Air Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for booking and issuing tickets for various airlines, assisting customers with their travel plans, and providing exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ticket Reservations: Handle customer inquiries and create flight bookings based on their preferences and needs. Ensure the accuracy of all flight details during the booking process.

- Customer Support: Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and rebooking as required. Provide guidance and solutions to any issues they may encounter.

- Payment Processing: Manage payment transactions securely. Ensure that all payments and refunds are processed correctly and efficiently.

- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain documents related to ticket bookings, including itineraries and invoices. Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedure guidelines.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills and be comfortable using computer systems and software relevant to ticketing. You should be a quick learner and able to work efficiently in a team. A positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation are also essential to help enhance our clients' travel experiences. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required. Prior experience is welcome but not mandatory.
