Job Description: Ground Staff – Lucknow

Position: Ground Staff

Location: Lucknow Airport

Age Criteria: 18 to 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.

Provide information and support to ensure smooth airport operations.

Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery.

Coordinate with airline and security teams for efficient boarding and departure.

Manage special assistance for elderly, disabled, and unaccompanied passengers.

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent.

Age: 18 to 30 years.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
