As an Airport Ground Staff member, your role is essential to ensuring smooth operations at the airport. You will work directly with passengers and aircraft, providing assistance throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Help arrive and departing passengers with check-in, boarding, and luggage inquiries, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

- Baggage Handling: Safely load and unload baggage from aircraft, ensuring that all luggage is properly handled and transported.

- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct security checks and assist in maintaining safety protocols within the terminal and on the runway, ensuring all regulations are followed.

- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and concerns effectively, providing information about flights, amenities, and airport services.

- Coordination with Airlines: Work closely with airline staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals, facilitating smooth communication.
