- **Safety and Security Checks:** Conduct security checks and assist in maintaining safety protocols within the terminal and on the runway, ensuring all regulations are followed.

- **Customer Service:** Address passenger inquiries and concerns effectively, providing information about flights, amenities, and airport services.
