As an Air Port Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth airport operations and provide excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Baggage Handling: You will assist passengers with their luggage, ensuring that bags are loaded and unloaded from aircraft efficiently and safely.

- Check-in Services: Help passengers during the check-in process, which involves verifying tickets, checking identification, and issuing boarding passes to ensure a timely departure.

- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct safety checks on luggage and passenger belongings as per airport regulations to maintain a secure environment.

- Customer Assistance: Provide helpful information to passengers regarding flights, airport services, and terminal facilities to enhance their travel experience.

- Coordination with Flight Crew: Work closely with airline and airport staff to ensure that all operations, such as boarding and departures, run smoothly.

- Handling Emergencies: Be prepared to respond quickly to any unexpected situations or emergencies, following protocols to ensure passenger safety.
