Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers before, during, and after flights, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

2. Safety Procedures: Demonstrate safety processes and emergency procedures to passengers, ensuring their understanding and adherence.

3. Ensure Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin by performing regular checks and addressing any issues promptly.

4. Assist with Boarding: Help with the boarding process, welcoming passengers and assisting them in finding their seats, while managing cabin baggage.

5. Communication: Act as the main point of contact for passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns during the flight with clarity and professionalism.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills to interact with passengers. A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a team are crucial. Additionally, candidates need to be attentive to detail, ensuring safety and comfort are prioritized. While prior experience is not mandatory, a background in customer service is an advantage. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced environments and be available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
