**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist Passengers:** Help passengers with boarding and disembarking, and provide support for individuals needing special assistance to ensure a smooth travel experience.

- **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:** Greet passengers warmly, attend to their needs during the flight, and answer any questions or concerns to create a pleasant environment.

- **Serve Meals and Beverages:** Distribute food and drinks as per the airline’s standards while accommodating special dietary requirements when applicable.

- **Handle Emergency Situations:** Be prepared to manage emergencies calmly and effectively, following established protocols to ensure passenger safety.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade education. No prior experience is required, making this a suitable entry-level position. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with passengers daily. A friendly and approachable demeanor is necessary to provide an enjoyable travel experience. Candidates should also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and be physically fit for the demands of the job.
