3. **Prepare Export Documentation**: You will be tasked with preparing and submitting export documents such as Airway Bills, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists, adhering to international trade regulations.

4. **Track Shipments**: You will monitor the status of shipments, providing updates to clients and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

5. **Customer Support**: You will assist customers with inquiries related to their shipments, offering solutions and maintaining a high level of customer service.
