Job Description

As an Air Cargo Executive, you will play a vital role in the air freight operations, ensuring the smooth process of cargo movement. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Managing Shipments**: You will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing air cargo shipments, ensuring that all cargo is properly labeled and documented.

- **Customer Interaction**: You will assist customers by providing information about services, shipping rates, and tracking details, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- **Documentation Handling**: You will prepare and process necessary shipping documents such as airway bills and customs clearance forms to maintain compliance with regulations.

- **Inventory Control**: You will keep track of cargo inventory, ensuring that all goods are accounted for and properly stored until shipment.

- **Coordinating with Airlines**: You will liaise with various airlines to book space for cargo, negotiate rates, and resolve any issues related to flight schedules.

- **Problem Solving**: You will address and resolve any cargo-related issues or delays that may arise, ensuring efficient logistics operations.

To qualify for this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving is essential. Familiarity with air cargo procedures and basic computer skills will be advantageous. You should be adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum educational qualification of 12th standard is required, and candidates with up to 6 years of experience in the logistics or air cargo industry will be considered.
