The Air Cargo Executive will manage various tasks related to air freight logistics and ensure smooth operations in handling cargo shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cargo Booking and Coordination: Handle the booking of air cargo shipments, ensuring timely and efficient processing of bookings to meet customer demands.

- Documentation Preparation: Prepare and verify necessary documents for air cargo shipments, including airway bills and customs paperwork, to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status, address inquiries, and resolve any issues related to cargo handling.

- Cargo Tracking: Monitor the movement of air cargo shipments using tracking systems, ensuring that all shipments are on schedule and take action in case of delays.

- Rate Quotation and Negotiation: Provide customers with accurate quotes for air cargo services and negotiate rates to enhance competitiveness.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail is crucial for managing documentation and ensuring compliance. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, are required to handle reports and communication. A proactive attitude is essential, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field will be preferred.
