As an Air Cargo Executive, you will play a key role in managing the air freight process, ensuring that cargo is efficiently and correctly handled from the point of shipment to delivery.

- **Receive and Process Shipments:** You'll coordinate incoming cargo and ensure all details are correctly logged for smooth processing.

- **Prepare Documentation:** You will create and check necessary shipping documents, such as airway bills and customs forms, to ensure compliance with regulations.

- **Coordinate with Airlines and Agents:** Regular communication with airlines and freight agents is essential to confirm schedules and pricing, ensuring timely delivery of cargo.

- **Track Shipments:** You’ll monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to clients, addressing any delays or issues as they arise.

- **Customer Service Support:** Providing excellent service to customers is crucial. You will answer inquiries and resolve problems related to cargo shipments.

- **Maintain Records:** Accurate maintenance of shipment records and data is important for reporting and compliance purposes.

For this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and partners. An understanding of air freight operations is valuable, along with attention to detail in processing documentation.
