Job Description:

1. Have to recruit Agents

2. Build a team and Handle agents

3. Generate Business through them.

4. Train agents so that they qualify exam and get licence.

5. Promote the Insurance products

6. Co-ordination with operations for new business insurance

7. 100 % lead will be provided

8. Educate the Customer about the product

9. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
