Salary: CTC Lpa to Lpa( upto 6 lpa for Life insurance agency channel BG)

What Youll Do:

Recruit & develop a team of insurance agents/advisors

Train, guide & motivate agents to achieve sales targets

Drive business growth through the Agency channel

What We Need:

Graduate (mandatory)

1+ year in Any sales/insurance (preferred)

Strong communication & leadership skills
