job description:

we are hiring dynamic and self-driven individuals for the role of agency channel manager to join our team in the life insurance sector. the ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in bfsi (banking, financial services, insurance) or similar domains.

key responsibilities:

recruit and manage a team of agents/advisors.

drive business through the agency channel.

motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

regular field visits to ensure active participation from advisors.

maintain a healthy relationship with customers and agents.

eligibility criteria:

minimum 1 year of field sales experience (insurance, bfsi, fmcg, telecom preferred).

must have the ability to build and manage a team.

should be comfortable with fieldwork.

earning potential of minimum ��25,000 incentive for high performers.
