Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and self-driven individuals for the role of Agency Channel Manager to join our team in the Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) or similar domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a team of agents/advisors.

Drive business through the agency channel.

Motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

Regular field visits to ensure active participation from advisors.

Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and agents.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Telecom preferred).

Must have the ability to build and manage a team.

Should be comfortable with fieldwork.

Earning potential of minimum -25,000 incentive for high performers.
