URGENT HIRING: TELE-COUNSELLOR

📍 Location: Plot No-21A, Near Genpact Building, Sector-18, Gurugram (Sarhol), Haryana –

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)

🕘 Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

🌞 Sunday: Fixed Off

🎓 Education Qualification:

✅ Minimum: 12th Pass (with result in hand)

✅ Undergraduates may also apply

👥 Gender:

💼 Work Experience:

🔹 6 months to 5 years of experience in BPO / Outbound Call Process

🔹 Preferred Experience in:

📞 Outbound Tele calling

💬 Tele-Sales

📋 Lead Generation

🗣 Language Skills:

✅ Fluent in Hindi & English

✅ Must have clear speech – no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence)

❌ Avoid sound issues (S-SH, V-VH, P-PH)

❌ Avoid regional accents (Nepali, Kashmiri, Manipuri, Odia)

🧑‍💻 Job Responsibilities:

📲 Call & counsel students from provided leads (interested in Frankfinn courses)

🗣 Convince them to attend free walk-in seminars

🏠 Office-based role – no field work

💬 Must be talkative and able to speak confidently on any topic

💰 Salary & Benefits:

💸 In-hand Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹26,000 (CTC = In-hand)

🚫 No PF / ESI deductions
