1. training responsibilities
conduct classroom and practical sessions for aviation modules such as cabin crew, ground staff, customer service, grooming, and communication skills.
prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and training content.
ensure the syllabus is completed on time as per the academic schedule.
conduct assessments, tests, viva, grooming checks, and mock interviews.
provide feedback, guidance, and support to students to improve performance.
maintain discipline, grooming standards, attendance, and class engagement.
train students for airline interviews, gd rounds, and personal introductions.
update training content based on current industry standards and airline requirements.
2. admission counselling responsibilities
handle walk-in students, enquiries, and counselling sessions.
explain aviation courses, placements, fees, career opportunities, and academy features to prospective students.
follow up with enquiries via calls, messages, or emails to convert leads into admissions.
maintain admission data, enquiry sheets, and follow-up trackers.
assist students and parents with the admission process, documentation, and fee-related queries.
participate in seminars, workshops, school/college visits, and promotional events.
maintain positive relationships with students and parents for better enrolments.
3. administrative & coordination responsibilities
coordinate with trainers, academic coordinators, and management for class schedules and student updates.
maintain student performance records, discipline notes, and attendance reports.
support in organizing events, exams, orientation sessions, and interviews.
ensure smooth classroom operations and maintain a professional training environment.
4. skills & qualities required
strong communication and presentation skills.
good grooming, personality, and aviation etiquette.
ability to handle students confidently and maintain discipline.
sales skills for counselling and converting enquiries into admissions.
patience, responsibility, and a student-focused mindset.
knowledge of aviation industry standards and interview requirements.
5. qualifications
graduate in any stream (aviation/hospitality background preferred).
prior experience as an aviation trainer or counsellor is an added advantage.
strong command over english and hindi.
