about the role

logging security pvt. ltd. is seeking an experienced and confident admissions counsellor with strong communication and conversion skills. the candidate will handle student inquiries, explain our cybersecurity training programs, and ensure smooth admission processes.

key responsibilities

manage inbound and outbound calls to students and parents.

clearly explain course details, fees, duration, and job opportunities.

convert leads from ads, forms, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.

maintain accurate follow-up records in crm/google sheets.

counsel students professionally and handle objections.

help walk-in candidates at the center with queries and admissions.

work closely with trainers and management for enrollment updates.

achieve monthly performance-based admission targets.

submit daily and weekly lead/admission reports.

required skills

strong communication, convincing, and counseling skills.

excellent telecalling and follow-up discipline.

basic computer skills (ms office, google sheets).

ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets.

professional attitude, positive mindset, and confidence.

experience required

minimum: 2 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, education sales, or front-office roles.

experience in the education/training industry is highly preferred.

performance-based evaluation

the candidate will undergo a 2-month performance evaluation period.
