1. Office Management- Maintain office supplies, inventory & equipment for daily office use products.
2. Sourcing and Procurement of general products for office use.
Ensure office cleanliness & Maintenance of premises and garden.
3. Record keeping - maintain accurate & up to date records, files and database.
4. Communications - Handle incoming and outgoing mails, e-mails and correspondence.
5. Assist with job postings, updates on website, recruitment process.
6. Check on the security agency, gardener, housekeeping functions.
