Job Description

Job Title: HR cum Business Development Executive

Location: Vrindavan Nagar Pune

Salary: 15K20K per month

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 Days

### **Key Responsibilities:**

Business Development:

- Identify and explore new business opportunities.

- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.

- Schedule meetings and present company services/products.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for business deals.

- Travel for client meetings and business events when required.

**Human Resources:**

- Handle recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interviews).

- Assist in employee onboarding and training.

- Address employee queries and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as per company policies.

### **Requirements:**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage HR and business development tasks.

- Willingness to travel if required.

- Prior experience in HR or business development is a plus.
