Admin Executive (Male)

Job Description

Maintenance and updating of office records, books, files, registers, attendance, and asset registers.

Managing inventories related to live birds, chicken processing, finished products.

Handling material inward, stock maintenance, quality co-verification, and dispatch activities.

Daily stock verification and reporting of stock details.

Weekly and monthly stock reconciliation and reporting to management.

Verification of bills and invoices, and following up on payments.

Preparation of purchase and sales reports.

Coordinating with the procurement and production departments for accurate inventory tracking.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (., GST, TDS).

Handling day-to-day accounting  and inventory entries

Supporting internal and external audits with required documentation.

Preparing financial statements and cost analysis reports as if needed.
