responsibilities:
data entry & record keeping: accurately enter and maintain data related to production, inventory, shipments, and other factory activities in relevant systems.
inventory management: assist in tracking inventory levels, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating cycle counts.
documentation & filing: prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, including production orders, invoices, shipping documents, and employee information.
communication & coordination: communicate effectively with various departments within the factory, including production, quality control, and logistics.
shipping & receiving support: assist with processing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
office management: maintain a clean and organized office environment, including managing supplies and coordinating maintenance.
general administrative support: provide general administrative support to the factory team, including answering phones, handling mail, and scheduling meetings.
ensure compliance: assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
barcode label management: assist in the creation, printing, and tracking of barcode labels for various products and processes.
other duties: perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the factory.
qualifications:
high school diploma or equivalent required. associate's degree in a related field preferred.
proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
strong computer skills, including proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook).
excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
excellent organizational and time management skills.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
knowledge of inventory management principles is a plus.
