duties and responsibilities:
• manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries.
• perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• preparation and presentation of monthly performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• coordinate and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
• perform gst and tds calculation and monthly returns.
• implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity needs are met.
• optimize working capital and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
• reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• maintain relationships with banking partners
• provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• vendor payment & office expenses, cash handling and their records
• assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
• handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.
• monitor cash flow and manage budget and forecasts.
• assist with financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and vendors.
• handle daily part of office operations
