(duties & responsibilities)

 posting journal entries

 updating financial statements

 maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable

 paying monthly payroll

 preparing financial reports

 negotiating freight & shipping charges with forwarding companies

 drafting freight charge quotations based on the prescribed incoterms

 ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments

 responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management

(experience)

 experience of working with multinational trading companies, logistic companies or chemical manufactures

would be considered a plus.
