Responsibility Deliverable

1. Tally & Excel update

2. Cash management : bank, petty cash, POS change

3. Payment: Suppliers & vendors; Employees salary, EMI

4. Govt. Regulations: TDS, GST, ESI, Income Tax, Balance sheet, ROC, Advance Tax & filing

5. MIS

6. Expenses Rate Audit

1. Tally Update:

Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Contra, BRS

Party payment , Excel Sheet

Tally Backup; ledger of suppliers upto date

2. Sales Amount Reporting

Cash counting of previous day sales

Cash deposit in respective banks

Petty cash vouchers to be made

POS change to be audited

3. Payments

Suppliers

Vendors

Employees salary

Daily petty cash

EMI

4. Govt. Regulations

TDS, GST, ESI, payment and filing.

Advance Tax, Income Tax, ROC filing, Balance sheet

Effectively replying to queries

5. MIS

Daily: Expenses, maintain deposit register, cashier shortage.

1. Weekly: Maintain deposit register, cashier shortage, Expenses

Monthly: Expenses, PNL, Balance sheet, Attendance updates, deposit register, Vendor outstanding report, Other income report, TOT report

6. Expenses Rate Audit

Verify the rates with Market Price before & after a bill is generated (Objective is to avoid company from losing money by paying extra)
