ACCOUNTANT

This position shall be responsible for all kinds of book-keeping in tally or any other software used by the company, bank-reconciliation financial audits, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Entries of all types in books of accounts.

2. Maintain excel, Tally, and other software

3. Deposit cash in the bank.

4. Bank reconciliation

5. Salary, Payroll, and other expenses.

6. Responsible for stock-taking and tallying

7. Responsible for collection from the sales team

8. Debtors and Creditors calls

9. Prepare Balance Sheets.

REPORTS

1. Prepare manufacturing reports like COGS, Production Cost

2. Prepare various budgets

3. Prepare Sales Reports, and Production Reports.

4. Prepare debtors and creditors reports.

5. Any other reports as required by the management from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. BCom or MCom or CA Inter

2. 3 years plus of experience in a manufacturing company

3. Living near Chembur

4. Good English

COMPENSATION:

Negotiable. Best in Industry.
