ACCOUNTANTThis position shall be responsible for all kinds of book-keeping in tally or any other software used by the company, bank-reconciliation financial audits, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES1. Entries of all types in books of accounts.2. Maintain excel, Tally, and other software3. Deposit cash in the bank.4. Bank reconciliation 5. Salary, Payroll, and other expenses.6. Responsible for stock-taking and tallying7. Responsible for collection from the sales team8. Debtors and Creditors calls9. Prepare Balance Sheets.REPORTS1. Prepare manufacturing reports like COGS, Production Cost2. Prepare various budgets3. Prepare Sales Reports, and Production Reports.4. Prepare debtors and creditors reports.5. PRODUCTION AND MAINTENANCE IN-CHARGEThis position shall be responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of the production processes and maintenance of machinery.PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES1. Production planning according to sales projections inputs provided by the Owners.2. Man-power planning, how much manpower is required for Production.3. Managing the resources for the production activities.4. Production of products as per quality and quantity.5. Supervising the production activities and ensuring that all activities are carried out as laid down in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)6. Co-ordinating with purchase and stores for R.M., P.M.,W.I.P. and F.G.; and stock statement7. Responsible for preparing specifications, test methods, SOPs8. Responsible for all production and tallying of STOCK.9. Train manpower and supervise them.MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES1. Understand all the machines in the company and gain knowledge of their functioning.2. Prepare preventive and break-down maintenance schedules and timetables.3. Ensures that the equipment and machines are maintained properly and working properly.4. Oversees the facilities maintenance program; identifies and analyses equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions.5. Provides technical training to management and other team members.6. Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.7. Performs other related duties as assigned.REPORTS1. Prepare various registers for Production quantities.2. Prepare batch-wise, daily, weekly, and monthly reports for production.3. Stock Tally Reports.JOB SPECIFICATION1. ITI, Graduate or Post Graduate in MAINTENANCE & PRODUCTION.2. Production or Mechanical Engineering Degree3. Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.4. Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.5. At-least 3 years of handing Production and Maintenance in a Food Company.

WAREHOUSE MANAGERThis position shall be responsible for overseeing the operations of a warehouse, maintaining stock, tallying stock, and shall be responsible for the dispatch of goods and warehouse team.RESPONSIBILITIES of WAREHOUSE MANAGERMAINTAIN STOCK1. Understanding the companys products and creating a warehouse coding system.2. Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area based on FIFO.3. Responsible for receiving daily stock of products from the production team4. Entering stock as received in the ERP system and SALES RETURN.5. Re-order and replenish stock by collaborating with the Production Head.DISPATCH1. To coordination with sales & order processing team to get orders that need to be dispatched or delivered based on FIFO concept2. Responsible to release products from the warehouse into delivery vans.3. Maintaining inward & outward of stock in ERP4. To handle order processing, delivery challan by collaborating with the Sales Coordinator5. Responsible for receipt of sales return.REPORTS1. Always maintain inward & outward of stock in ERP2.
