We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual for the role of Accountant and Bookkeeper. This role is crucial for the accurate management of our financial records and requires a thorough understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and effective bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Accurately record all daily financial transactions, ensuring all income and expenses are logged promptly and correctly.

GST Return Filing: Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns in compliance with current regulations. Stay updated with any changes in GST laws to ensure timely and accurate filing.

Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with our internal records to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and to identify any discrepancies.

Knowledge of Banking System: Utilize a thorough understanding of the banking system for efficient management of transactions, payments, and financial operations.

Tax Rules Compliance: Stay informed on the latest tax rules and regulations to ensure compliance in all financial operations. Provide guidance on tax implications for various business decisions.

Proficiency in Tally and GST: Utilize Tally software for accounting purposes and manage all aspects of GST, including calculations, payments, and compliance.
