Accountant (3-8 Years) - Female Candidates Required

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in Andheri West. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in accounting and hold a degree. This is a full-time position that requires working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Financial Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate financial records by ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting system.

- **Preparation of Financial Statements:** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, providing clear insights into the company’s financial performance.

- **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Assist in the budgeting process by preparing budget reports and forecasts, helping the management to plan for future financial activities.

- **Tax Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all tax regulations by preparing and submitting tax returns on time, minimizing the risk of penalties.

- **Audit Support:** Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits, facilitating a smooth audit process.

- **Account Reconciliation:** Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts to identify discrepancies and rectify any errors in a timely manner.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have strong analytical and numerical skills, along with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software is essential, alongside a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
