Job Description

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual and corporate customers.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service needs promptly.

- Drive sales of Honda vehicles, accessories, and related services by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling financing, insurance, and maintenance packages.

- Develop strategic account plans for high-value clients, focusing on retention and revenue growth.

- Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and activity logs using CRM or dealership management systems.

- Liaise with the service, finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Stay informed about automotive market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.

- Collect and relay customer feedback to help enhance dealership services, offerings, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure all necessary documents (loan agreements, insurance, registration papers) are complete and legally compliant.

- Promote customer loyalty programs and ensure consistent communication with clients for servicing reminders and renewals.
