**Qualifications:**

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (CA/CPA/CMA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
