Account Manager

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients: The account manager will be responsible for building and sustaining strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise.

- Identify new business opportunities: The account manager will actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and pitching the company's products or services to them.

- Develop and implement sales strategies: The account manager will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that will help meet revenue goals and drive business growth.

- Prepare and present sales reports: The account manager will be responsible for preparing regular sales reports to track progress towards goals, as well as presenting these reports to senior management.

- Provide excellent customer service: The account manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Required skills and expectations:

- Strong interpersonal skills: The account manager must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills in order to effectively work with clients and colleagues.

- Proven sales experience: The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- BA or degree: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required for this position, in order to demonstrate a basic level of business and financial knowledge.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented: The account manager must be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to detail in all aspects of their work.
