We are looking for an Account Executive to support our Account Head in managing Ledger accounts, bank reconciliation, bills and payments handling and other accounting activities.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Maintain data and records.
Handling bills & payments.
Bank reconciliation.
Keeping records of Vouchers & discounts.
GST return.
TDS
Other accounting work.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as an Account Executive, Account Coordinator or similar role.
Experience in account management.
Knowledge of Accounting basics.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
Attention to detail.
Outstanding team player.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Taxation will plus your points.
