• Preparation of billing with supporting documents
• Preparing daily / monthly cost sheet for specific clients
• Communicating with client on billing and payment matters and clearing their queries
• Online Payments – Handling Bank transactions
• Preparing reports based on advance received and payment made
• JV entries
• Bank Reconciliation
• Preparing Reports as guided by Team Lead
Required Skills:
• Sound knowledge of Tally – Prime/ ERP - 9.
• Basic knowledge of statutory dues TDS, GST returns, GST Refunds
• Well versed with accounting concepts.
• Good communication skill
• Experience in MS Office (Excel)
