Urgent Requirement For Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Accounting & Financial OperationsManage day-to-day accounting activities related to marine and project operations2. Ledger Management & ReconciliationMaintain and regularly review general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completenessPerform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations on a periodic basisIdentify discrepancies in accounting records and coordinate with relevant departments for resolutionEnsure all accounting entries are supported with proper documentation and approvalsMaintain reconciliation statements for project accounts, advances, and vendor balances3. Project Billing, Invoicing & Revenue TrackingPrepare and process client invoices as per project milestones, contracts, and work completion statusCoordinate with project and commercial teams to verify billing quantities and executed scopeTrack receivables, payment status, outstanding invoices, and revenue realizationMaintain project-wise billing trackers and ensure timely follow-up for collectionsAssist management in monitoring project profitability and revenue performance4. GST, TDS & Statutory ComplianceEnsure timely preparation and filing support for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliancesVerify tax applicability and deductions on vendor invoices and contractor paymentsMaintain records related to GST input credits, tax deductions, and statutory documentationCoordinate with consultants, auditors, and finance teams for compliance-related mattersEnsure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements5. Vendor Billing & Payment VerificationVerify vendor bills against approved purchase orders, executed work scope, and supporting documentationCoordinate with project/site teams for work certification and bill approvalsEnsure proper documentation before processing vendor paymentsMaintain vendor payment schedules, trackers, and aging reportsResolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for clarification when required6. Payroll Coordination & Expense MonitoringCoordinate with HR and administration teams for payroll inputs, attendance records, overtime, and reimbursementsSupport salary processing and maintain payroll-related records and documentationMonitor project and administrative expenses to ensure budgetary controlTrack operational expenditures and highlight variances or unusual expenses to managementAssist in implementing cost-control measures across project operations7. Financial Reporting & Cost AnalysisPrepare trial balances, project cost statements, MIS reports, and periodic financial summariesGenerate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management reviewAssist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost monitoring activitiesAnalyze project expenses and provide insights on financial performance and cost efficiencySupport decision-making by providing accurate financial data and operational reporting8. Audit Support & DocumentationSupport internal, external, and statutory audits by providing required financial records and reportsMaintain organized accounting files, vouchers, invoices, and compliance documentationEnsure all financial records are audit-ready and properly archivedAssist auditors in reconciliation, verification, and compliance-related queriesCoordinate with site and operational teams for timely submission of financial data and supporting documents.
