• Statutory & Internal Auditing.

• International taxation,

• Tax Audit u/s 44AB of the Income Tax.

• Bank Financing Project Reports & Valuation.

• Income tax assessments (For Corporate as well as individuals).

• Income tax & TDS Returns filings.

• Accounting advisory: Accounting software Tally & MS Office.

• NGO Sector, Corporate Compliances.

• GST Returns filings.

• Audit- GST Audits, Statutory and Tax Audit, US GAAP Audit, PCAOB Audit, Bank Audit, Internal Control Audit and other Audits of companies and LLPs.

• ROC Compliance - Filling of various ROC forms, Annual returns, Company and LLP incorporation.

• Direct & Indirect Taxes- Preparation of GST Computations & Returns, IT Assessments (Demands and Refunds), Income tax returns, GST returns and TDS Returns,

• Audit, GST, Income Tax, Company Law among others.

• Other related tasks- Accounting, Net worth Individuals Certificates, Transfer Pricing, Other registrations like MSME, Shop & establishments, FSSAI license etc.
