• insolvency

• company closing under- liquidation under delhi high court,

• forensic audit,

• statutory & internal auditing.

• international taxation,

• tax audit u/s 44ab of the income tax.

• bank financing project reports & valuation.

• income tax assessments (for corporate as well as individuals).

• income tax & tds returns filings.

• accounting advisory: accounting software tally & ms office.

• ngo sector, corporate compliances.

• gst returns filings.

• audit- gst audits, statutory and tax audit, us gaap audit, pcaob audit, bank audit, internal control audit and other audits of companies and llps.

• roc compliance - filling of various roc forms, annual returns, company and llp incorporation.

• direct & indirect taxes- preparation of gst computations & returns, it assessments (demands and refunds), income tax returns, gst returns and tds returns,

• audit, gst, income tax, company law among others.

• other related tasks- accounting, net worth individuals certificates, transfer pricing, other registrations like msme, shop & establishments, fssai license etc.

eligibility:- must have cleared atleast one group of ipcc/ both group cleared could be an advantage.
