International taxation, Tax Audit u/s 44AB of the Income Tax. Bank Financing Project Reports & Valuation. Income tax assessments (For Corporate as well as individuals). Income tax & TDS Returns filings. Accounting advisory: Accounting software Tally & MS Office. NGO Sector, Corporate Compliances. GST Returns filings. Audit- GST Audits, Statutory and Tax Audit, US GAAP Audit, PCAOB Audit, Bank Audit, Internal Control Audit and other Audits of companies and LLPs. ROC Compliance - Filling of various ROC forms, Annual returns, Company and LLP incorporation. Direct & Indirect Taxes- Preparation of GST Computations & Returns, IT Assessments (Demands and Refunds), Income tax returns, GST returns and TDS Returns, Audit, GST, Income Tax, Company Law among others.
