Job Description

As an Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow in the finance field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assist in Bookkeeping**: Help maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring all entries are correctly logged in the accounting system.

- **Prepare Financial Statements**: Assist in the creation of monthly and quarterly financial reports to provide insights into the company’s performance.

- **Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Support the processing of invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing funds.

- **Support Audits**: Provide necessary documentation and assistance during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

- **Communicate with Vendors and Clients**: Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status, maintaining professional relationships.

- **Maintain Filing Systems**: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access to important financial documents.
